This kit includes all of the upper shock mount parts that come with the V-Maxx NA kit - in other words, the parts you need to put NB V-Maxx shocks in your NA chassis. This is the same as the NB shock conversion kit (13-57600), but without the lower washers or bump stops that aren't used with the V-Maxx. If you have non-V-Maxx NB shocks that you're trying to install in your NA chassis, you most likely need the other kit.

This includes enough parts for one car - in other words, the picture shows the parts for one corner, you get four of the kits shown in the picture.
